    CANCELLATION POLICY

    High Season:  for cancellations up to 14 days before arrival no fee will be charged. Full cost will be charged between 13 days to the arrival.
    Middle-Low Season:  for cancellations up to 14 days before the arrival no fee will be charged. Full cost will be charged between 13 days to the arrival.
    No-Refundable: This rate require the prepayment of 50% of total price at the time of booking, and that amount is not refundable in case of modifications and cancellations.
    10% VAT and service charge included. Flavio Gioia Residence reserves the right to release the booking immediately, if cannot be confirmed the validity of the card (for insufficient funds and lack of authorization of the circuit). Please make sure you entered the correct number and expiration date of your credit card. Please also check that the expiry date of your credit card is subsequent to the date of departure.
